Cutting EPS with hotwire has a certain speed limit, even with the most expensive oscillating frame you will not reach higher speeds than 2m/min at 15g/l density. This is the bottle neck for the output.
Not with this new concept, here the block is cut with 4m long wires through the width, which reduces cutting time drastically.
The capacity of this line is 35 to 40 blocks of 4.0 x 1.2 x 1.0m (i.e. 40 x 4.8 = 192 m3) per hour.
More capacity with less space in length needed due to the U-shape.
